TIPS FOR AN ENJOYABLE DAY ON THE RIVER

We are glad to provide "walk-ins" our excellent services based on availability, however to insure your fun on the river it's wise to make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance for holidays or Saturdays in July and August.

To make reservations or check on availability, call 1-989-275-5213 or 1-888-515-5213.

Ask us about our Saturday Morning Early Bird Special from 8:30-9:30 AM

Reservations require an advance deposit of $10 per canoe.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 full days in advance to be eligible for refunds.

Group cancellations (5 or more canoes) must be made with 10 full days notice.

In case of rain, reservations are held until 1:00 pm. If weather is unfit for canoeing at that point, a rain check will be provided good for the rest of that season.

PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LITTER FROM YOUR CANOE, KAYAK, OR TUBE. Keep the river as beautiful as you found it.

Kegs, glass containers, and styrofoam coolers are prohibited.

Much of the property along the river is privately owned. Please respect our neighbors' rights and wishes.

Stop only at public landings.

This is an amazing fishing river, when you meet fishermen on the river please try to give them a wide berth.

State law requires all children ages 6 and under to wear a life jacket at all times on the river. Seat cushions are legal life preservers for all other persons and are furnished at no additional charge.

Operating a watercraft (yes a canoe, kayak or tube is a watercraft) while intoxicated is illegal. Law enforcement officials may patrol the river occasionally.
